# Return and Refund Policy

You may return your carpet within **45 days** of the delivery date. Returns requested after this period may not be accepted.

## 2. Condition Requirements

Returned items must be in unused, original condition, including all packaging and tags. Rugs showing signs of use, stains, or damage will not qualify for a refund.

## 3. Proof of Purchase

Please include your order number, confirmation email, or original invoice with any return request.

## 4. Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned rug, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within **14 business days**.

You will receive a confirmation email once processed.

## 5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If your item was damaged or incorrect, we may reimburse your shipping — simply include your receipt or tracking details when contacting us.

## 6. Exceptions

- Custom or personalized rugs are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.

- Sale or clearance items are not eligible for return unless otherwise stated.
