Return and Refund Policy

1. Return Window

You may return your carpet within 45 days of the delivery date. Returns requested after this period may not be accepted.

2. Condition Requirements

Returned items must be in unused, original condition, including all packaging and tags. Rugs showing signs of use, stains, or damage will not qualify for a refund.

3. Proof of Purchase

Please include your order number, confirmation email, or original invoice with any return request.

4. Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned rug, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once processed.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If your item was damaged or incorrect, we may reimburse your shipping — simply include your receipt or tracking details when contacting us.

6. Exceptions

  • Custom or personalized rugs are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.

  • Sale or clearance items are not eligible for return unless otherwise stated.
